Privacy notice

What we collect when you register for the MESCO 70th Anniversary In-House Show, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

Who is responsible

MESCO — Manufacturers’ Equipment and Supply Co., Inc., MESCO Building, Reliance cor. Brixton Sts, Pasig City, Metro Manila — is the personal information controller for the data collected through this site.

What we collect

You give us
First and last name, job title, company, email address and mobile number; the show days you plan to attend; the seminars and shuttle seats you request. One registration can cover more than one person under a shared email and mobile number — for example, colleagues registering under one work inbox — and we keep each person’s name, job title and company separately, even though the contact details are shared.
If you RSVP to the dinner
First and last name, company, phone number and email address. This is kept separately from show registration and is used only to organise the founding anniversary dinner on October 16.
Collected automatically
The IP address the registration was submitted from, and the date and time, kept as a security record against fraudulent or automated submissions. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type) so we can improve it; this is aggregate usage data, not tied to your registration.

Registering someone else

If you register other people — family, or colleagues sharing your work email — you confirm when you submit the form that you have their permission to give us their name, job title and company for this purpose. Each person registered has the same rights described below, whether or not they filled in the form themselves, and can reach us directly at 70th@mesco.com.ph at any time.

Why we collect it

Solely to administer your attendance at this event: to confirm your registration, manage seminar and shuttle capacity, let a shuttle coordinator reach you on the day, and send you a reminder before the show. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with the equipment suppliers presenting at the show.

Who processes it for us

  • Our web host — stores the registration database on our behalf.
  • Mailgun (Sinch) — delivers your confirmation and reminder emails.
  • Cloudflare — provides the anti-bot check on the registration form.
  • Google Analytics — measures site traffic and usage on our behalf.

Each acts only on our instructions. Some processing may take place outside the Philippines; where it does, it remains subject to this notice.

How long we keep it

Registration records are deleted 60 days after the show closes — that is, by December 15, 2026 — unless we are required to keep them longer by law.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, object to how it is used, or have it deleted. This applies to each person registered, not only whoever filled in the form — if someone else registered you, you can still write to us directly. Write to 70th@mesco.com.ph and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Security

The registration form is served over HTTPS, access to the registration database is restricted to the event team, and the data is not copied to third-party spreadsheets or mailing lists.
