Shuttle information

Five free shuttle routes

Every bus leaves its pickup point at 8:00 AM on all three show days, October 14–16. Breakfast is served on board. Buses head back from the MESCO Building at 5:00 PM each day, returning to the same pickup point.

Riding the shuttle

Registration is required. Shuttle seats for a given day close two days before it, so book early if you’re relying on a route. Please be at the pickup point by 7:45 AM; buses leave at 8:00.

Parking

Driving in

On-site parking at the MESCO Building is limited and fills early on show days — the shuttle is the easier option if a route passes near you. If you are driving, eight paid parking facilities within a few minutes’ walk can take the overflow.

Weather

October in Metro Manila

Still the tail of the rainy season — warm and humid, around 26–32 °C, with afternoon showers likely. Bring light clothing and an umbrella; the seminar rooms are air-conditioned.

Money

Currency & payments

The Philippine peso (PHP). Cards are widely accepted in Metro Manila malls and hotels, but carry some cash for taxis, jeepneys and smaller shops. ATMs are plentiful.

Airport & entry

Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) is about 45 minutes from Pasig outside rush hour. Many nationalities enter the Philippines visa-free for short visits — check the current rules for your passport before you book.
